Pinemarten spotted in Cologin woods!

Well okay - not this one.....but you have to be quick or very lucky to get a photo in the wild! This is not the first time we've had customers claiming to have sighted this elusive and rare creature. We're lucky in our part of Argyll we have plenty of forests and Pine martens are on the increase. Perhaps we should make more of them! People visit the forests of Mid-Argyll to see the Beavers!
If you are visiting Cologin then just ask to borrow field binoculars to take with you when you walk as you never know what you might spot. At least most mobiles these days have a decent camera so you can always take a picture - if you get the chance.
